Delivery times depend on your country of residency.

Orders placed within European Union:

• typically arrive within three to eight working days;
  

Orders placed in the United States and Canada: 

• may take up to 14 days for delivery
  

We provide an option to specify your requested delivery date when placing your order. Let us know if you are ordering GIGI for a special occasion or event. We will do our best to give top priority to your order.

Note: we will happily do the heavy lifting in regards to the customs, AKA- we will clear the customs for you, however there might be customs clearance fees (such as import tax, VAT etc.) so the customer is responsible for the payment of those to the clearing instances (FedEx, UPS, Dachser etc) if they require to do so.
